So I’ve spent literally, HOURS trying to figure out the best codec configuration to prevent against encoding problems with Encode360. I can’t make any guarantees that this won’t have knock-on effects elsewhere ( ) and it definitely won’t fix every problem but it’s fixed the majority of issues for me (bar 2 video files).
