I was having the same problem as Nuno when trying to convert an .mkv file for XBox 360. Was a solution found for this error?

Hello Matt,

I am too having an issue with converting MS-DVR HD videos to the Zune preset. Was there any resolution for @Nuno and his Ipod?

The program works great on any other formats I have tried.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Could you send me a log file please? It shouldn’t be cropped and should preserve the original aspect ration.

Hi Rob,

Sorry about the delay in replying. You could force a lower bitrate in the Advanced options by specifying, for example “-b 2048k” which limits the bitrate to 2MB. I’ll look into methods of limited the output filesize.
