OMG thanks Dan ! For some reason, i could remux some of the mkv’s to Mp4 360…

Do you think that 360′s mp4 will support 5.1 channel somedays ?

I think that might have been a problem in the past. I’ve been streaming compatible .mpg files or .wmv files that have sometimes been up to 12 gig or more. Also I’ve been playing 8 gig files just fine by either streaming or burning to a double layer dvd. Not sure what is happening, but the larger file sizes can be played without problems, as long as the file is compatible with the respective system. I’m encoding an 8 gig mkv file right now (tyring the ps3 format again) with the new .80 version, and will let you know how that goes. My system is a dual core Athlon60fx, running WindowsXP pro, with 2 gig ram. Once again, all the work going into this is much appreciated!!
