		<description>Nope they are there and I did the patch as admin too. UGH.
I did a repair on the program and when it still went down I uninstalled then installed again. No go.
I have a bad feeling about this....</description>

Sounds like you don&#039;t have Windows Media Encoder installed. Or possibly .NET Framework 2.0. Can you verify these are installed in Add/Remove Programs? Cheers, Dan</description>

Let me start by saying I&#039;m a tech moron (my email address speaks volumes toward that idea) I hate my new Zune cause I did not know it had the video problem. I downloaded everything you said for the encode360. Everything downloaded fine ( I assume) but when I try to fix a file the program immediately stops running and the popup tells me Windows is looking at ways to fix the problem. Well they aint got back to me with any answers yet so I thought I would BEG you for help.
