Should the value be in quotes maybe? Also is it an absolute or relative (from the migassistant.exe folder) path to the script? The latter is fixed by always using /LAC (which makes sense to me), but allowing the password to be specified in the Config, and the accounts to also be enabled (with /LAE). The log says to use /lac to create the accounts. Maybe add a command line switch or an option to use /lac on the loadstate?
