I'm doing my best to figure out a way off supressing this generic error, and replacing it with something a bit more descriptive, but haven't been able to, because I'm NOT an experienced developer, have limited time for this project, and the lack of help I've gotten (even though the source code is freely available) on fixing these problems is frankly appalling, for the amount of people using the app. Can you please double-check your WME9 installation, and if this isn't the root of the problem, maybe you can check your Event Logs and see if more information about the problem is provided here?
